This policy explains what personal information Webson collects, how we use it, and your rights under the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

When you fill out our contact form, we collect:
If you email us directly, we collect whatever you include in that email. We also use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised usage data (pages visited, session duration, general location). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Our contact form is processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a US-based form service. When you submit the form, your data passes through Formspree's servers before being forwarded to us by email. Formspree's privacy policy is at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
We use Google Analytics 4 for anonymised site analytics. Google may process this data in accordance with their privacy policy. We may also use standard tools like Google Workspace to manage email. We don't share your data with any third party for marketing purposes.
If you enquire but don't become a client, we keep your information for up to 12 months in case you come back to us. If you do become a client, we keep project records for 7 years as required for Australian tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including using secure email and not storing form submissions beyond what's needed. No system is 100% secure, but we'll let you know promptly if there's ever a breach that affects your data.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted in our email communications to active clients.
